The location next to the mall and several restaurants that are in walking distance. Facility was clean and the staff was very friendly. Love it here!

The property was good. Our problem was check-in. For some reason your system wasn’t communicating with this Hotel. We tried multiple credit cars(4) to pay and it wouldn’t confirm payment or acknowledge that we even had a reservation thru you. I had my confir# and email but no go. We ended up having to cancel the reservation thru you and rebooking with Expedia thereby costing us $20 dollars more. Never had any issue before and nothing had changed on our end. Employee was very polite and tried as much as he could but to no avail……..

Everything was amazing! We enjoyed the pool and breakfast was outstanding with biscuits and sausage, pancakes, cereal,fruits, etc coffee and apple juice and orange juice and milk . It was clean and everything worked! They also have a snack bar inside that has most everything you could want didn't have to leave the hotel

Breakfast was great! This is my 3rd time staying here and I always like the convenience of the location and the ability to eat breakfast and go. Overall, great hotel when you're not on the 3rd floor. Apparently the 3rd floor is for smokers.

Our stay was fabulous. . The female front desk staff that works late afternoon was so sweet, helpful, and accommodating...Everytime we come through Little Rock we will stay there!
